L’INIZIO
Per il progetto di ristrutturazione della nostra casa a Roma cercavamo un bravo architetto. Abbiamo iniziato il nostro percorso con l’architetto De Rosa in maniera abbastanza casuale, non conoscevamo approfonditamente il suo lavoro e la sua professionalità. Mia moglie però era rimasta colpita da alcune manifestazioni del gusto dimostrato da Linda
IL PRIMO INTOPPO
Iniziamo col dire che l’Arch. De Rosa, si è resa protagonista di un piccolo miracolo. A pochi giorni dall’inizio programmato dei lavori (10 luglio 2019), infatti, l’impresa che avevamo contattato, inspiegabilmente si è tirata indietro. In qualche ora l’Architetto è riuscito a trovare un’altra impresa, che alla resa dei conti si è rivelata di ottimo livello. Rispetto dei tempi di consegna dei lavori, utilizzo di personale competente e cortese, immediata risposta alle poche criticità sorte
UNA TOTALE EMPATIA
Sull’ opera professionale prestata dall’Architetto non possiamo dire altro che parole entusiasmanti. Ci ha seguiti passo passo. Da una posizione di non eccessiva competenza in materia, siamo stati presi per mano in ogni minuto della nostra ristrutturazione.
Non siamo stati mai abbandonati e abbiamo avuto l’architetto come punto di riferimento costante sia dal punto di vista professionale e delle competenze, sia dal punto di vista umano.
Abbiamo ricevuto le risposte di cui necessitavamo in ogni occasione, ricevendo indicazioni anche sulle varie soluzioni praticabili (ottimo fabbro, ottimo falegname e numerose indicazioni anche per negozi di arredamento, parati, ceramiche e quant’altro)
UNA PRESENZA COSTANTE
Ancora oggi, a distanza di mesi, Linda ci segue, regalandoci indicazioni su possibili scelte di arredamento per la nostra casa. L’Arch. De Rosa, è stato sempre un vulcano di soluzioni, quasi sempre di nostro gradimento.
Ha svolto, con assoluta fedeltà al ruolo, il compito di Direttore dei lavori, costituendo un vero raccordo tra committenza ed appaltatore. Ciò permesso anche da una costante presenza in cantiere e soprattutto, da un’ invidiabile autorità nelle fasi decisionali e nelle criticità insorte.
SODDISFATTI DEL RISULTATO
Il risultato è stato il frutto di tutto questo: una casa decisamente stravolta, che risponde perfettamente al nostro gusto e alle nostre necessità, di cui abbiamo percepito da subito la grande accoglienza e soprattutto la grande, migliorata, funzionalità.
Soluzioni estetiche in linea con le nostre aspettative e forse anche superiori alle nostre aspettative. In una parola possiamo dire tranquillamente di aver trovato nell’architetto De Rosa il meglio possibile e di questo non finiremo mai di ringraziarla.

gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
